More Digg Clones. How Original.
Writing this blog means that I have to constantly keep my eye open for new software. My feed reader pumps out item after item from various sites which catalog new software and web app releases, so it’s nice to finally see a site that may be able to help me keep track of new programs a little better. Called Cool Software, Intel’s newest site looks far more corporate than most of the Digg clones out there, but it still provides many of the same functions that you’ve come to know and love on other sites as you rate various programs up and down.
On first glance, it feels a little slow. Like the servers aren’t up to speed or something. And it requires that you sign up for the Intel Software Network. I’ll give this service a test over the next few days and draft a full review by the end of the week.
