Joost Emerges from Beta

It’s About Time

After a prolonged private beta (if you can call millions of people a “private” beta), Joost has finally hit the big 1.0.  It’s been a long time coming, but the first public version of the hot P2PTV program from the Skype [review] team looks better than ever and seems more responsive too.  If you haven’t already given Joost a shot, go check it out - unless you’re running Linux.  It is free and a pretty small download, so no more excuses.  I’ll put up a full review of Joost later this week after I’ve had some more time to really play around with it.
