What to do When 2.88 GB Just Isn’t Enough

    Google GMail Picasa Logo

Tired of only having access to the better part of 3 GB of mail and data storage on GMail and Picasa Web Albums? Well, you can now expand that space of yours all the way up to 250 GB. Sounds like a pretty good deal from Google, except it’s not free. That extra 250 GB costs $500 USD per year. Seems a little steep to me considering all of the other free online file storage sites you can stash your files at instead. Not to mention that hard drives and flash drives are at record low prices.

So, does this mean the end of that little ticker on GMail that tells us about how much storage we’re getting? Nope, that number is still ticking it’s way up to 3 GB. Hopefully it will continue to keep climbing for some time to come.

If you’ve been enticed by the possibility of more storage, you can place your order here.
